Just did a nice 5kl loop around New Westminster didn't feel like a long run. Brain still funky after dealing with Dell and all the dialogue of dealing with the Run to Remember. I feel like I am running a mental marathon every day. The physical running each day is so much easier than the mental jogging.
Thrown off my diet a little bit. Not to much but enough to notice. Back on track this week. Just went a little off course the lass week or so. Back on track baby!!
A1: Dumbbell Press on the ball 3x 10-12 reps
A2: DB Squat 3x 10-12reps 40 sec rest
B1: 45 degree band row with bands 3x 10-12 reps
B2: One leg hip bridge 3x 10-12 reps 40 sec rest
C1: Elevated Push ups 2x 10-12 reps
C2: Dumbbell Swing 2x 20 reps 40 sec rest
D1: One Arm Lat Pull down 2x 12 reps each
D2: Russian Twist 2x 10-12 reps done.
