Core Training today.

Slept in a little today. Got up slowly at 9:00am. Bit of a sore throat today. Sleep has been off lately don't know why. Change in routine probably. Been trying out an hour of reading and no TV and listening to Sleep Sounds on the sound system to help get into sleep mode. I have been reading this book..   

Both my wife and I are reading it at night. It's our time together when sometimes we don't see each other even though we live together. So we have added a routine of reading in bed at night together.

This morning was a slower version of the same routine. Wake up with my Vega Whole Food Optimizer with some fresh apple, Banana and some Veggies. I have also been adding some ChlorEssence and Macasure Maca Root Extract. I do this with my 7systems supplements and I am set for the day.

Today was a rest from running. Well sort of, I did a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill in the gym and then the following routing for today


Dumbbell Press: 3x15lbs with a %90 raise in the bench. (seated upright)
Hip Bridge 3X 15 Second hold (this is allot harder than it looks and I am looking to increase the time I can hold my position)
Band Row (staggered Stance) 2 X 12 lbs. I am not sure if I am doing this one right. So I am going to do some more research.
Ball Squat with Dumbbell. 3 x 15lbs held for 20 seconds
Shoulder Press with Dumbbell: 2 x 20lbs 12 reps
One footed Calf Raise: 2 X times held for 30 seconds
Seated Bicep Curl 2 x 20lbs 15 reps
Reverse Crunch with Ball: 2 X 20 times (this was really hard. Way harder than it looks) Google it.
