Hill Repeats by temporallobe at Garmin Connect - Details
Started the day with Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer. It is just part of my morning routine. We prep the juice the night before. Add some Banana, Celery, Apple, and some greens. Prepped for my run. It was hill repeats so I packed light. I had some liquid before my run. Just a running bottle with Vega Sports before I left. Plus I packed one bottle of Vega Sports to take with me.
Nice light run to my favourite little hill, in New Westminster. It's at Elliot St. and Columbia St in New Westminster. About a 10 min run from place. Did 4 hill repeats. It's about a 20m elevation gain in two blocks. Not crazy intense but it's a workout. Then a nice cool recovery run home.
As soon as I got home I went to the gym. I did 30 Sit ups on the ball, then 20 Ball curls. I repeated these twice each. I added some (don't remember what it's called) where I lie on my side and kick my legs up and hold them for 20 seconds. Lower and repeat 20 times each side. Then I did some random Latteral Dumb Bell Raises. I have no idea why I added those. I did 3 sets of 12 repeats of 25lbls. Again this was random and I have no idea why.
Then home some more sports drink to recover. Upload my Workout and blog about it. I am now going to stretch and start preping for dinner.
