Today's routine:

7 Systems Vitamins.
Prep drink for run. 5 500ml water with Vega Sport Drink Acai Berry.
Put on Skins Compression Gear. Top and pants. Made a Green Tea to steep while I run.

Home, download Data to Garmin, Eat Banana, and Steel Cut Oats. Stretch for about 30-40 minutes then start making salad for Dinner.
Sleep, wake up tomorrow and do it all again.
