Hard run today. I really didnt want to run. Once I got going it was better. One of the tricks I do when I really don't want to run is to tell myself "ok run for 10 minutes, if you still really want to stop you can stop" I can play with this thought as I go on. Today it was allot of "10 more minutes then stop, 10 more minutes then stop" I did that pretty much the whole run. I did manage to run for 2 hours and 15 minutes. It was a hard run mentally, not physically.
