Exercise after worm up run.

A1: Jump Squat 15-20 reps
A2: Spiderman Push-up 15-20 reps
Repeat three times then rest 45seconds

B1: Bulgarian Squat 15-20 reps
B2: Seated Band Row 15-20 reps
Repeat 3 times then rest 45 sec

C1: Hip Bridge 15-20 reps
C2: Shoulder Press with dumbbell 15-20 reps
Repeat 2 times the rest 45 sec

D1: Double Crunch 15-20 reps
D2: Superman 15-20 reps
Repeat 2 times then your done.
