Meal this morning was Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer in Vita-mix with 1 Apple, 1 Banana, Avocado seed. One cup of Vega Sport drink pre-run.

During run 1 litre of Vega sport drink, home 10 minute warm down and hit the gym.

After gym, Yogurt, frozen fruit and yogurt. Stretch.
