Recovery run by temporallobe at Garmin Connect - Details
Picked up some Anti-Chafing Cream lubed up my wounds and got in a hour on the treadmill. Tomorrow I am up early and heading out for a 3 hour run. Changing up the route a little bit and I am so glad to off the treadmill and backoutside. Also picked up some recovery drink and trying that out.
One of the challenges I will have will be recovering fast enough for the next day's marathon. I need to work on pasing as doing a 4 hour marathon will not be the smartest thing as I will be running a few hundred of them back to back.
