14kl run followed by Gym

Today was hot and sunny 18c or 63F. Perfect for a run. by temporallobe at Garmin Connect - Details

This was my workout

A1: Jump Squat 3 x 20reps
A2: Spiderman Push-up 3 120 rest45 sec
B1: Bulgarian Squat 3 x 20 reps (this was so hard)
B2: Seated Band Row 3 x 20 x 45 sec
C1: Hip Bridge 2 x 20
C2: Shoulder Press with dumbbell 2 x 20 reps 45 sec
D1: Double Crunch 2 x 20 rps
D2: Superman 2 x 15 rest 45 (not sure if I am doing this right)
